We are currently in the process of becoming fair-trade certified, and we are certain that we will get there. Dealing with our sources directly, we establish a personal relationship with the source of our cocoa, distancing ourselves from slavery and abuse by not buying from cocoa resellers and sourcing from the less affluent regions of the world.

With the exception of the bacon-salami bar, our products do not contain any animal products.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. However, please contact us if you’re unsatisfied with your order, we are happy to assist.

At L'Amourette, we strive to ensure that our chocolate arrives to you in perfect condition. Orders shipped to warm climates are packed with insulation and ice gel packs whenever possible.

Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
