The chocolate was carefully crafted from Colombian cocoa beans harvested in the Huila region, where Criollo genetics remain strong. This region is home to unique cocoa varieties, including ancient acriollados trees that have produced numerous hybrids through natural cross-pollination. The result is a rich, complex flavor with notes of intense cocoa and fruity nuances, including citrus, floral, and tropical hints.
