Dark Chocolate infused with natural, dried Cherries and Salted Almonds.

This is my favorite recipe; I keep this bar on my table at all times and it's best when accompanied with a warm cup of white or jasmine green tea. After a long period of experimentation, I discovered this romance of flavors; the sour-sweet cherries complement the crunchy bite of salted almonds.  Enveloped in Trinitario Venezuelan beans, this bar makes for an unforgettable experience.
